(3) When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, and if applicable your name and phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. Data collected in this context will be deleted once storage is no longer necessary, or restricted if statutory retention obligations apply. If the inquiry is associated with a contract, the applicable contractual retention periods apply.
(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offering, or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will always carefully select and monitor these service providers and inform you in detail below about the respective processes, including the defined criteria for storage duration.
§ 2 Processing of personal data when visiting our website
When you use the website for informational purposes only — i.e., merely browsing without registering or otherwise providing us with information — we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The data described below is technically required by us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security, and must therefore be processed by us. § 3 Data processing for contract fulfillment
If you are or become a customer of ours, we process your contact, contract, payment, and communication data in order to provide and invoice the contractual services, which you can find in our Terms and Conditions. For the above purposes, your data may be passed on to service providers supporting us (service providers, operators of communication applications, etc.), which we have of course carefully selected and which are bound by our instructions. The legal basis is the existing contractual relationship (Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR).
§ 4 Data processing when contacting us
When you contact us by email, phone, or via a contact form, the data you provide (e.g. email address, name, phone number, or the content of your inquiry) will be processed by us in order to answer your questions and/or handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) lit. a) and b) GDPR, namely your consent or a pre-contractual measure.
§ 5 Objection or withdrawal against the processing of your data
(1) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you may withdraw it at any time. Such withdrawal affects the permissibility of processing your personal data after you have communicated it to us. The permissibility of processing your data up to the point of your withdrawal remains unaffected.
(2) Where we base the processing of your personal data on a balancing of interests, you may object to the processing. This applies in particular where the processing is not required for the performance of a contract with you, as described by us in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as carried out by us. In the event of your objection, we will review the situation and either cease or adjust the data processing, or demonstrate to you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.

§ 6 Transfer of data to third parties and third-party providers
(1) We only transfer your data to third parties if this is required for contractual purposes pursuant to Art. 6(1) lit. b) GDPR, or if it can be justified on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR.
(2) If we use subcontractors to provide our services, we take appropriate legal, technical, and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
(3) Where third-party providers are named in this privacy policy and their registered office is in a third country, it should be assumed that a data transfer to the countries where those third-party providers are based will take place. We only process your data in a third country if it is necessary for the fulfillment of our (pre-)contractual obligations (Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR), based on your consent (Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR), due to a legal obligation (Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR). The same applies to processing by third parties on our behalf, the disclosure of your personal data to third parties, and its transmission to third parties.
§ 7 Web Analytics
1. Web tracking via Framer Analytics
We aim to process as little personal data as possible when you use our website. For this reason, we have chosen Framer Analytics, which does not use cookies and is compliant with the GDPR, ePrivacy (including PECR), COPPA, and CCPA. With this privacy-friendly website analytics software, your IP address is only processed briefly, and we (as the operator of this website) have no way of identifying you. Framer Analytics does not use cookies and therefore also does not require cookie consent. In accordance with the CCPA, your personal data is anonymized. (1) For web hosting and the provision of our website, we use the service of Framer B.V., Singel 258, 1016 AB Amsterdam, Netherlands.
(3) The use of Framer serves the interest of presenting our online offerings in an appealing way. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR.

(2) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data by us.
§ 10 Final provisions
(1) We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
(2) We will update the privacy policy from time to time due to the technical advancement of our offerings. Where the change to the privacy policy does not affect the use of existing data, the new privacy policy applies from the date of its update on our website. A change to the privacy policy that affects the use of data already collected will only be made if it is reasonable for you. In such a case, we will notify you in a timely manner by email, on our websites, in our application, or in another form. You have the right to object to the applicability of the new privacy policy within four weeks of receiving the notification. In the event of an objection, we reserve the right to terminate the contractual relationship. If no objection is received within the stated period, the amended privacy policy is deemed accepted by you. We will inform you of your right to object and the significance of the objection period in the notification.
